Washington Post names AMT a Top Workplace
Company News | July 2, 2014
AMT has been named to the Washington Post’s Inaugural Top Workplaces list. The firm ranked among the top 20 mid-sized firms. The list of mid-sized firms represents companies between 151 and 500 employees.
The Top Workplaces program was set up in 2006 to recognize companies that offer great workplaces. The Washington Post has partnered with a workplace survey firm called Workplace Dynamics to find the best firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by measuring the organizational health. Workplace Dynamics surveys employees on six metrics including: direction, execution, connection as well as the personal metrics of the employee’s job, manager, and pay and benefits. From that data, the ranking listed 50 firms in the mid-sized category.
“We are proud to be recognized by The Washington Post as a top workplace,” said Michael Wiercinski, company president and chief executive officer. “AMT’s continued success reflects our commitment to be the best at what we do – and to serving the best interests of our clients.”
