AMT Welcomes Construction Management/Engineering Associate

Rockville, Md. — AMT is pleased to announce that John Huchrowski, P.E. has joined the firm as an Associate and will be based in AMT’s Towson, Maryland office. He will work closely with other firm Associates in the management of current construction services contracts as well as assisting in further growth and development of the practice area.
Huchrowski comes to AMT with 34 years of experience having served in various roles with the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) and his recent experience includes directing and managing a construction management program in the Mid-Atlantic region. as a director for another consulting firm’s Mid-Atlantic construction management division. While at SHA, he served as the Assistant District Engineer-Construction for the District 7 Office, managing the District’s construction program of 45 projects valued at $230 million with over 70 state and consultant employees. John has successfully managed the construction of projects including highway, bridge, bridge painting, urban reconstruction, design-build, environmental, waste water treatment, ADA, traffic and facility projects.

Huchrowski received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Morgan State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Delaware.
