In order to maintain Professional Development Hours (PDH) and develop a high level or expertise and professionalism, AMT encourages professional and educational activities among the staff. In addition to employer paid seminars, conferences, classes, training and meetings, AMT offers four in-house training programs: Lunch and Learns, Tech Talks, CAD Training, and PM Academy.

AMT also encourages active participation in technical and professional industry organizations to help further develop employees and help grow their professional networks.
