Loudoun Water On-Call

AMT is providing on-call civil engineering and surveying services to Loudon Water for water and sewer related projects under a basic ordering agreement. The services requested under this contract include engineering, permitting, wetland and environmental assessments, surveying, land use entitlement services, geographic information systems, preparation of sites plans for new sewer and water related facilities, sewer and water line (analysis, design, and rehabilitation), and subsurface utility services.
The first task order under this on-call was for the preparation of 60% design plans for approximately 3,000 linear feet of 36-inch high pressure water transmission main along Harry Byrd Highway (Route 7) from Loudoun County Parkway to Ashburn Village Boulevard. Plans included horizontal and vertical alignment of the water main, construction details including a trenchless crossing of Route 7, erosion/sediment control plan and details, and maintenance of traffic plans.
The second task order of the Loudoun County On-Call was for the preparation of a certified ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for twelve (12) parcels of land being acquired by Loudoun Water from the City of Fairfax. The parcels were divided into a North area and South area with the total boundary consisting of 818 acres.
The third task under the Loudoun County On-Call was for the preparation of construction documents (plans CSI format specifications and cost estimates) for approximately 12,500 linear feet of 30-inch water transmission main along Willard Road (Route 639) and the southern boundary of Dulles International Airport between John Mosby Highway (US Route 50) and Loudoun County Parkway (Route 606). Plans included horizontal and vertical alignment of the water main, construction details including thrust restraints and a trenchless crossing or Loudoun County Parkway, erosion/sediment control plan and details and maintenance of traffic plans.
