ENR Best Project Win: College Park City Hall

Government/Public Building – Award of Merit – A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) provided civil engineering and surveying services for the redevelopment of a key block in downtown College Park to include the construction of a new City Hall combined with a mixed-use, Class-A Office Building. The site design includes a prominent new exterior public space to be used for community events, new cycle track along Baltimore Avenue, and integrated stormwater management and streetscape improvements. This award-winning project was completed in collaboration with the City of College Park, University of Maryland, Redgate, Design Collective, Inc., James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS), and other construction and design team members.
