New Hire Announcement: Nick Matthews, PE

Charleston, SC – A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) is pleased to announce that Nick Matthews, PE has joined AMT as Senior Project Manager. Nick brings more than a decade of transportation design, traffic optimization, airfield planning, and project management experience to AMT, focusing primarily on traffic technology design, signalized corridor optimization, and smart mobility planning. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Illinois, and Michigan, and holds an IMSA Level II Traffic Signal Technician certification.

Nick joins our growing South Carolina Team led by Richard Turner, PE and the Southeast Engineering Design Group. In this role, Nick will focus on engineering, project management, and client development across the Southeast, with an emphasis on the Carolinas.
