Billy Badger Promoted to Vice President

Billy currently serves as the Director of Construction Services where he manages AMT’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) business unit. With active contracts in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Billy has contributed to the expansion and growth of our CEI practice through successful procurement of various on call and project specific contracts involving DOT, Contractor, County, and Municipal clients. He has over 27 years of construction experience in the transportation industry and has served AMT for over 16 years. Billy is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and a certified OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer. Billy currently is a member of the Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC) of the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA).
