Ginny Snead Promoted to Senior Associate

Ginny currently serves as a Director in the Environmental and Water Resources business unit. With AMT, Ginny leads tasks involving flood resilience, environmental inspection, solar impacts, and MS4 planning. She serves on several industry and academic committees and boards including the ASCE, WEF, the Chesapeake Bay Program Urban Stormwater Workgroup, and the Virginia Tech Water Resources Research Center Board. She previously directed Virginia’s Office of Stormwater at the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and managed the Office of Regulatory Programs the Virginia Department of Conservation of Recreation (DCR) and has provided environmental and water resources consulting services across the United States and in Europe. Ginny has 30 years of experience and has been with AMT for five years. She earned a MS in Environmental Engineering and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia. Ginny is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and a Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.
