Stephen Cupka Promoted to Senior Associate

Stephen currently manages multiple contracts within AMT’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Division. As a Construction Inspection Coordinator for the VDOT Hampton Roads District, he is responsible for assigning tasks and monitoring performance for a growing team of inspection professionals. Stephen also manages Hampton Roads area municipal client relationships, vertical construction management, and other projects involving construction services. Stephen currently is managing construction scheduling for projects in multiple states in services to our DOT clients. He has 15 years of construction management and CEI experience including five years with AMT. Stephen is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP). Stephen earned a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and is a Professional Engineer in Virginia. Additionally, he is an active member of VTCA, ASHE, and ACEC-VA.
