Bart Schumacher Promoted to Associate

Bart serves as a Senior Project Manager and leads our West Virginia roadway design team from AMT’s Parkersburg office. He has 30 years of roadway design and project management experience and has been a key contributor to AMT’s growth in West Virginia. Bart has extensive experience managing transportation projects and roadway tasks involving widening, intersections, streetscapes, bridges, pavement repair, landslide repair, and traffic safety improvements. He previously served WVDOH in a variety of leadership roles, including as District Three Design Engineer. Bart is a Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Ohio. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology. Bart is a member of ACEC-WV, the Chamber of Commerce of the Mid-Ohio Valley (MOV) and serves on the City of Parkersburg Planning Commission.
