New Hire Announcement: Keith Sargent, PE, PMP

A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) is pleased to announce Keith Sargent, PE, PMP has joined the firm’s Towson, MD office.

Keith has joined our Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) team and will provide his leadership in oversight and expansion of our Maryland CEI practice. In Addition, Keith is a key resource in surrounding markets, including Pennsylvania and Washington, DC.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in MD, VA, DC, DE, IL, PA, and FL. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Early in his career, he worked as a structural design engineer on transportation and facility projects and briefly as a bridge condition inspector. For the last 17 years, Keith has provided construction management and inspection oversight for a variety of projects including bridges; retaining walls; freeway interchanges; new roadway construction; roadway rehabilitation; and a wide variety of utility construction projects.
