Dan Faust Appointed as AMT External Board of Directors Member

Rockville, MD – A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Faust, PE, as an external member to its Board of Directors. Mr. Faust is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of experience across the engineering and construction industry. His background spans executive leadership, program management, and the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives across the United States and abroad.

Throughout his career, he has overseen multi-billion-dollar operations, guided strategic growth initiatives, and led transformative programs in transportation, water, environmental, and urban development. He has also provided advisory services to C-Suite executives and investors, focusing on business growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and market forecasting.

In addition to his executive leadership roles, Mr. Faust has served in senior engineering and director positions for public agencies and private firms, with responsibility for capital improvement programs, bridge and transit projects, and high-profile design-build efforts.

Mr. Faust holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, with additional management studies at MIT’s Sloan School of Business and Drexel University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states, a recognized industry leader, and has been consistently recognized for his contributions to advancing infrastructure delivery and management.
