AMT Ranked Again Among Maryland’s Best Workplaces

AMT has once again been named one of the 2025 Best Companies to Work for in Maryland by The Daily Record and Best Companies Group. At the awards event held on September 3rd at Gertrude’s Restaurant in the Baltimore Museum of Art, AMT earned the #14 ranking.
“I want to thank our employees for helping shape AMT into a workplace we can proudly celebrate, ,” said Rich Khalil, AMT CEO. “AMT was founded and is headquartered in Maryland, so this achievement is especially meaningful as we mark 70 years of teamwork, growth, and shared success.”
This recognition highlights organizations that prioritize employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and professional growth. Rankings were based on two components: 25% from an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and demographics, and 75% from an employee survey measuring workplace experience. Combined scores determined the final results.
