AMT Recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace by WTOP News

AMT has been recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace by WTOP News, earning the No. 34 ranking among midsize employers across the Greater Washington area. The award honors organizations with 150–499 employees in the metro region that cultivate outstanding workplace cultures and employee experiences.

The recognition is part of the 13th annual Washington, D.C. Top Workplaces program, which celebrates leading employers across the region. Following 12 years under the sponsorship of The Washington Post, the program entered a new chapter in 2026 with WTOP News serving as its media sponsor.

Based on confidential employee feedback collected by Energage LLC, a third-party employee engagement technology partner, the Top Workplaces survey evaluates organizations on factors such as employee engagement, well-being, growth opportunities, and organizational effectiveness. Among the thousands of participating organizations, Top Workplaces honorees distinguished themselves through their commitment to creating environments where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
