David Burris Promoted to Associate

Dave currently serves as a Senior Construction Manager and leads AMT’s Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) practice statewide in West Virginia. Dave brings over twenty-six years of broad experience in the transportation industry in West Virginia involving construction management, highway maintenance, roadway design, and traffic engineering. Dave previously served the WV Division of Highways (WVDOH) for 20 years serving in a variety of roles, with his final role serving as the District Three Maintenance Engineer. Dave also supports transportation design with constructability review and signing and pavement marking design. Dave is a Professional Engineer in the states of West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio and has NACE Level I certification. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies WV (ACEC/WV).
