James Gapinski Promoted to Associate

James has been promoted to lead our Site and Infrastructure group for AMT, LLC in our Washington, DC office. He has 27 years (over 16 with AMT) of broad experience in civil engineering and site design within the District of Columbia for new development and infrastructure projects. James has served as the lead design engineer and project manager of The Wharf, the $2.5 billion 24-acre waterfront development on Washington Channel. James is a Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland and is a LEED Accredited Professional. James received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1995.
