JoAnn serves as the Director of Landscape Architecture across the Mid-Atlantic region with a focus on Environmental Planning and Design and is located in our Baltimore office. With over 30 years of experience, she works on a broad range of practice areas that includes transportation, education, institution, parks, and. Her expertise allows JoAnn to provide quality and resilient spaces for people and the environment. She is a Registered Landscape Architect in the states of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. JoAnn is a SITES Accredited Professional and a LEED Accredited Professional BD + C. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University in 1989. JoAnn is a member of the Maryland Architectural Review Board and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Maryland. She volunteers with the U.S. Green Building Council, the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Board, and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Chesapeake.
