Josh Lester Promoted to Senior Associate

Josh currently manages multiple contracts within AMT’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Division. As a Construction Inspection Coordinator (CIC) for the VDOT Salem District, he is responsible for assigning and performance of CEI team members on numerous concurrent tasks. Josh also manages western Virginia municipal client relationships and projects involving construction services involving project control elements and construction scheduling. Josh is an astute project manager who emphasizes client services and the needs of his staff. Josh has 18 years of construction management and CEI experience including 12 years with AMT. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and has served as Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) on numerous Design Build projects. Additionally, he is an active member of VTCA, ASHE, and ACEC-VA. Josh earned both a MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a Professional Engineer in Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
