New Hire Announcement: Jerod Hiller, PE

With seventeen (17) years of professional experience in the design of transportation projects in Ohio and Indiana for state DOT, municipalities, and counties, Jerod will lead our Roadway Group within AMT’s Ohio Transportation Division. A few of his key projects include the VAN-127/224-12.22/15.86 roundabout project for ODOT District 1 in Van Wert County (part of Governor DeWine’s Top 150 Safety Project List, first roundabout in Van Wert County), the SEN-224-3.64 roundabout project for ODOT District 2 in Seneca County (also part of Governor DeWine’s Top 150 Safety Project List, first roundabout in Seneca County) and the I-465 and I-65 Interchange Modifications in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Jerod earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, and he is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Indiana. He is experienced in working on multiple aspects of project development, including seeing projects through from preliminary concepts to final plan preparation. Jerod has valuable experience on intersection safety improvement projects including roundabouts. Jerod is prequalified in Bicycle Facilities and Enhancement Design, Non-Complex and Complex Roadway Design, Limited Lighting Design, Basic Traffic Signals, IOS/IMS/IJS, and Safety Studies. He is affiliated with the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Ohio – Transportation Committee.
