Phil Rhodes Promoted to Group Leader

AMT is pleased to announce that Phil Rhodes has been promoted to Group Leader and is now an Associate. As Group Leader in the Site Civil group, he contributes to business development, serves as client manager, ensures project success, and mentors junior staff. Phil has managed a wide range of projects from some of the largest museums in Washington DC to shoreline projects in Southern Maryland. Some of his notable project experience includes the National Air and Space Museum, the Hirshhorn Museum Sculpture Garden, the National Law Enforcement Museum, Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center, and the Census Bureau Headquarters. Phil has 23 years of experience providing civil engineering and project management services for private, municipal, state, and federal clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and he has been with AMT for 21 years. Phil is a past-president and currently serves on the Board of the Maryland Chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, and Phil is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
