Philip Moxley Promoted to Associate

Philip currently serves as a Senior Construction Services Manager and directs AMT’s Asset Management Contract and pavement condition survey contracts with NCDOT. Phillip further supports our statewide CEI contract and is an expert at performing pavement assessment reviews. He also leads a variety of Locally Administered Projects (LAP) for construction inspection services. Phillip has thirty-five years of experience in construction management and transportation engineering. Prior to joining AMT, Phillip served NCDOT in a variety of management roles, including as Division 10 Maintenance Engineer. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Phillip is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies NC (ACEC/NC) and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of North Carolina.
