AMT is the lead designer on this design-build project to replace the two existing I-81 bridges over Route 8, realignment of I-81, raising of the grade at the bridges and approaches, and modification of the Exit 114 ramps. The project includes demolition of the existing bridges, bridge substructure and superstructure construction, right-of-way acquisition, guardrail and traffic barrier, drainage, signals, signing and pavement marking, stormwater management, TMP, erosion and sediment control, utility relocations, environmental permitting, geotechnical engineering, surveying, public involvement/relations, ITS design, and construction engineering and inspection services.
