NCDOT Statewide CEI On-Call Services Contract

AMT is providing construction engineering inspection services for the NCDOT throughout Divisions 10, 11, and 12. Services include: assurance of environmental compliance, monitoring of grading and drainage operations, clearing/grading activities, utilities installations and project level utility coordination, materials testing, inspecting storm water infrastructure construction, survey grade verification, maintenance of traffic, documentation of pay items, permit compliance, safety compliance, public relations, and claims avoidance. Assignments include multi-modal projects with sidewalk and path construction and inspection. AMT staff aid NCDOT by coordinating ongoing and escalating utility conflict issues on any project assignment. Many projects are plagued by continued delays related to utility conflicts and AMT assist in finding viable solutions to expedite utility relocation and alternate construction phasing. Multi-modal transportation inspection is an integral part of all roadway construction projects.
