AMT provided design and permitting services for the renovation of the existing pedestrian and vehicular plaza at the main entries to the Montgomery County, Maryland Executive Office Building and Courthouse.
AMT prepared construction documents to include topographic survey, demolition plan, grading, drainage, traffic control and multi-step construction maintenance of traffic and construction sequencing plan. The project sits atop a parking garage. AMT designers coordinated with a structural engineer tasked with maintaining the waterproofing of the structure below during construction of the plaza.
AMT obtained all required permits to include work in right-of-way, stormwater management, erosion control, and forest conservation for the Executive Office Building and Courthouse plaza.
