Rick Higdon Promoted to Director of Contracts

AMT is pleased to announce that Rick Higdon has been promoted to Director of Contracts. As Director, he supports all service-based managers regarding interpretation of contract terms, conditions, and policies throughout the agreement lifetime as it relates to AMT’s clients. Rick also provides business continuity support for AMT through his management and oversight of the firm’s insurance practice, risk assessment, and ensuring that business licenses are in place for each of the states in which we operate. He has served AMT for over her 22 years, and he has nearly 40 years of experience with contracts and procurement. Rick earned his BS in Management from the University of Maryland. He serves as AMT’s Security Officer and is active with the National Management Association (NCMA), the ACEC/MD Legislative Committee, and is a member of the I-270 Industrial Security Awareness Council (ISAC).
