Sam MacDonald Promoted to Associate

Sam serves as a Senior Project Manager in AMT’s Raleigh office. Sam has over 27 years of engineering and project management experience involving a variety of municipal, drainage, and development projects. Sam leads numerous municipal contracts and has extensive experience coordinating with local and state officials during review and approval processes while working with construction related coordination with clients, owners, and contractors. He is a Professional Engineer in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Sam received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Geneva College (Pennsylvania). He is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
