Sarah Rogers Promoted to Associate

Sarah is a Senior Marketing Manager based in AMT’s Richmond office with an extensive 23-year background in marketing and business development, including over 13 years dedicated to AMT. Through close collaboration with practice leaders, project managers, and consultant teaming partners, she has honed a deep understanding of AMT’s capabilities and qualifications, as well as diverse procurement processes, making her an impactful pursuit manager. Sarah’s contributions have been instrumental in strategizing and crafting proposal submissions and interview presentations, steering some of the firm’s most pivotal state and local contract and project awards, particularly those involving significant contract values with VDOT and municipal agencies across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
