Public-Private Partnerships

AMT is uniquely qualified to lead and support P3 contracts. AMT has provided a wide variety of services to P3 contracts, acting as a lead designer or owner’s representative. Under these contracts, AMT has provided design, survey, environmental, inspection, safety management/training, civil rights reporting, public relations and administrative services.

AMT has vast and varied experience on federal, state and local projects, and associated knowledge regarding agencies’ regulations and procedures for large and complex transportation projects. Agencies for which AMT has completed projects, or through which we have experience coordinating and permitting projects, include: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Maryland Transportation Authority, and Virginia Department of Transportation.
