Comprehensive construction management services begin before a project is designed. Our Team aids with permitting, agency approvals, budgeting, scheduling, project information system development, safety management, and A/E selection assistance.

AMT conducts contract document reviews and constructability reviews prior to bidding. During procurement, we assist the owner by analyzing contractors’ or design-builders’ submissions to verify responsiveness and make award recommendation.

AMT makes safety and regulatory compliance during construction our major priority. AMT monitors and documents all work for compliance with federal and state environmental permits and regulations, performs safety audits, and provides OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Safety and Confined Space Training, as appropriate. AMT also develop Emergency Response Plans.
