Wes Hevener Promoted to Senior Associate

Wes currently serves as Director of Structures and leads the firm’s bridge engineering practice throughout the firm’s geographic reach. His expertise includes the management and design from award to construction of bridge replacement and renovation projects. Wes is an industry leader for in-service bridge inspection and has managed bridge inspection tasks in numerous states. He has National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and National Tunnel Inspection Standards (NTIS) certifications and is a Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Wes earned three degrees from West Virginia University including a MS and BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration. Additionally, he is a member of ACEC-WV and CAWV and was recently elected as a delegate to the ACEC-WV Transportation committee. He previously served on committees including the Bridge Design Manual, Technical Publications, and Alternative Delivery.
